New techniques involving DNA are available to diagnose the source of sexually transmitted diseases with a simple office examination.
A yearly pap smear is highly recommended for most all women and it is part of your annual examination. In addition, a bone density screening test is recommended for women over the age of 50 along with a colon cancer screening.
Primary office care such as physical examinations and vaccinations are also a part of the services we provide. Many patients desire to see Dr. Molland for all types of primary care needs including colds, cough, allergies, migraines, etc. Issues related to anxiety, depression, and mood swings can be evaluated, but may require a referral for further evaluation.
